These terms govern your use of Azpy. By using the service you agree to them. They are written in plain language on purpose: use the service for legitimate personal or business conversion needs, and you will not have problems.
Acceptance
By accessing or using Azpy you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Azpy converts files from one format to another. Conversions marked as local run in your browser; conversions marked as server-based (currently DOCX to PDF) run on our infrastructure and the uploaded file is deleted automatically afterwards.
Limits
The free plan allows up to 25 MB per file. Server-side conversions (currently DOCX to PDF) are rate-limited per IP address to protect the service from abuse; local conversions are not limited. Larger limits are available on paid plans.
Prohibited use
You must not use the service to convert or distribute malware, content that violates someone's rights or the law, or to attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
- Do not upload files you are not authorized to process.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls.
- Do not use the service in a way that interferes with other users.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period. Prices are stated at checkout.
Intellectual property
The Azpy software, design and text belong to Azpy. Converted files remain your property; we claim no rights over your content.
Liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Conversion output is provided for your convenience; verify important results before relying on them. To the extent permitted by law, Azpy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on this page with a new revision date.
